📦 ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed via email or SMS.

🚛 SHIPPING TIMELINES
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 3–7 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

🌍 SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it.

Each Gajakwala product is packed in airtight, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness. We take extra care during summers to ensure your sweets reach without melting or damage.
