At Gajakwala, our goal is to bring you the purest, freshest, and most authentic gajak — made with 100% natural ingredients, free from adulteration.
Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a careful quality and hygiene process before dispatch. However, we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, and we’re here to help.
🍬 RETURN POLICY
Because gajak and other sweets are perishable and made fresh to order, we do not accept product returns once the order has been delivered.
However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
1. You received the wrong product.
2. The package arrived damaged or tampered.
3. The product was spoiled or not fit for consumption upon arrival.
In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at gajakwala25@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
💰 REFUND POLICY
Once your complaint is verified and approved for refund, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- In case of COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or UPI refund after confirmation.
- Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔄 REPLACEMENT OPTION
If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can resend a fresh product batch of equal value to your shipping address at no extra cost.
We recommend this option for customers who want to enjoy our sweets without delay.
⚠️ NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We cannot offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier companies or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
- Product complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences
📦 CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
